Cancellation Policy

Policy and Liability Area of setup must be mowed and cleaned of all pet waste before we arrive to setup! Refund Policy The deposit is applied to the total but is non- refundable. (Even if more than the requested amount is put as a deposit) We offer an all-day rental agreement. This means your requested bouncer will be “yours” all day. Drop offs begin 8am - 12pm (Saturdays) Weekday times will vary on situation We begin calling or texting about Pick ups at 6:30pm. We will ask how its going and if you have a time in mind for pick up... if you are not done just say so! We leave longer if you communicate to us you need longer. Absolute latest is 10 pm Personal situations from Jumping Monkeys: If an emergency/family/equipment situation arises prior to set up, deposit is refunded and no money is owed. If an emergency arises after setup during rental agreement time the hourly policy will be applied. Weather: (Wind, rain, snow, cold temperatures) If weather is extreme prior to setup, the deposit can be applied to a rental on another day (if available) or can be applied as a deposit for the party room. Please call for arrangements. If bad weather arises after setup during rental agreement time; the hourly policy will be applied. You are welcome to cancel any time or wait it out prior to setup. Just communicate with us (ex. 9am- it is raining. Call us and let us know if you would like to wait it out a few hours to see if it clears.. 1pm- it stops, call us and we will go setup as normal) HOURLY POLICY Half- By 2pm (ex. Setup is at 10am, rain begins at 1:15pm, you decide you can no longer use the bouncer- call us and we pick up and provide half a refund excluding deposit.) After 2pm ex. Setup is at 11am, rain begins at 2:15pm, you decide you can no longer use the bouncer- call us and we will pick up however no refund will be given. As of October 2017 Hourly refunds are issued as credits. Half or full credits can be applied to future rentals. No expiration date
