RESPONSIBILITIES OF RENTING INFLATABLES

HEALTH AND COVID-19

COVID -19 Update Each unit is cleaned and sanitized offsite before being setup.


Have power cord and hoses out and ready for setup to limit person to person contact. 


If paying cash please have ready. If paying card we will enter card number manually from tablet. 


When finished using the unit, shut off blower and disconnect from extension cord. 


Before and during use of the unit please follow CDC recommended hand washing. 


Ideally units should have limited persons inside at one time. No one who is sick or who has been exposed to a known covid positive person (presently or within 10 days) should be inside the unit at any time. 

WHAT DO I NEED TO DO BEFORE YOU ARRIVE?

  • mow the grass

  •  clear stones and sticks

  •  clean all pet waste

  • measure yard to ensure it fits

  • know distance to a 3 prong outlet

  • know distance from outdoor water tap 

  • Have a non damaged hose available that will reach setup area for water slides 

  • Have a 3 prong extension cord that will reach setup area

  • Let us know ASAP if setup is on anything other than grass so we can be prepared with sand bags.

  • An extra inconvenience fee of $25.00 will be applied if setup is difficult due to tall grass or weeds. 

  • An extra cleaning and inconvenience fee of $30.00 will be applied if animal waste is in the area of setup.   

  • If you have sprinkler systems please know where they run as we use 18in stakes to secure the bouncer.

  • If we are asked to move the unit from its original agreed upon setup location there will be a fee of $35.00.

  • We provide tarps, stakes, and one blower.  

  • Refusal to pay fees can result in Jumping Monkeys right terminate rental agreement and renter to forfeit deposit and any monies paid. 

WHAT IS YOUR POLICY FOR DAMAGED PRODUCTS?

PLEASE KEEP IN MIND THAT INFLATABLES MUST BE USED CORRECTLY AND MUSNT BE ABUSED . IF ABUSE, UNCOOPERATIVE USERS, WEATHER, OR ANY SITUATION THAT COULD BE DANGEROUS OR HARMFUL TO USERS OR EQUIPMENT BECOMES AN ISSUE JUMPING MONKEYS CAN PICK UP EQUIPMENT AT ANYTIME. 

IF INTENTIONAL DAMAGE; INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO PUNCTURES, ELECTRICAL DAMAGE FROM WATER ON BLOWER, DYE ON VINYL, TEARING OF ACCESORIES, PUNCTURES OF HOSE. THE APPROPRIATE DAMAGE REPAIR WILL BE CHARGED. 

REFUSAL TO PAY WILL RESULT IN LEGAL ACTION

WHAT IF THERE IS BAD WEATHER?

Weather: (Wind, rain, snow, cold temperatures)


WIND: Wind or wind gusts over 20mph is considered extreme

We live in West Texas, wind is common. We watch the weather closely however- use YOUR best judgment. If you notice excessive wind gusts in your location and are usure of safety- SHUT OFF BLOWER AND CALL US 

If weather is extreme prior to setup, the deposit can be applied to a rental on another day (if available) .


Please call for arrangements.


If bad weather arises after setup, during rental agreement time; the hourly policy will be applied.


You are welcome to cancel any time or wait it out prior to setup. 


Just communicate with us (ex. 9am- it is raining. Call us and let us know if you would like to wait it out a few hours to see if it clears.. 1pm- it stops, call us and we will go setup as normal)


HOURLY POLICY Half- By 2pm

(ex. Setup is at 10am, rain begins at 1:15pm, you decide you can no longer use the bouncer- call us and we pick up and provide half CREDIT excluding deposit.) After 2pm ex. Setup is at 11am, rain begins at 2:15pm, you decide you can no longer use the bouncer- call us and we will pick up however no CREDIT will be given.

YOUR WEBSITE SAYS 12 HOURS, WHAT IF I DO NOT NEED THAT LONG?

The normal person sleeps 8-10 hours

The normal person eats an average 2 hours during the day. Please do not eat and jump at the same time. 

12 hours is basically the remainder of the day.

This is why we advertise

ALL DAY RENTALS 

Drop offs begin 8am - 12pm 

Weekday times will vary on situation Usually 7-8am

Let us know when a good pick up time is! Remember no extra charge to keep it longer however we try to go no longer than 9:30pm 

We begin calling or texting about pick ups at 6:30pm. We will ask how its going and if you have a time in mind for pick up... if you are not done just say so! We just want to be sure it is not sitting out unused and in the way if your done.


To answer the next common question- yes it is the same price if you only need it a few hours.

Inflatables are heavy, vehicle maintenance, gas, and paying for this very website to be up- all takes work. Our prices are fair as they are :)

Jumping Monkeys Liability Agreement

In consideration of renting inflatable bounce house equipment from Jumping Monkeys, the undersigned, on his or her behalf, and on the behalf of all participants they allow to use the bounce house during their agreed upon rental time acknowledges and agrees to the following conditions. I and all participants will review and comply with all posted safety signs, rules, and verbal instructions as conditions for use during the time of rental from Jumping Monkeys. I am aware that there are risks associated with the use of open bounce house play. I am aware of my responsibility to be vigilant of weather and equipment and stop use of the equipment and contact Jumping Monkeys immediately if such a problem arises. I knowingly and freely assume all such risks. I and all participants I allow to use the equipment during the agreed upon rental time hereby release Jumping Monkeys and their affiliates, members, and employees from and against all claims, injuries, liabilities, and damages arising out of or related to participation of inflatable play equipment.
